Here comes the sun in Auckland - but don't think about going for a swim just yet.
Auckland Council and Watercare are encouraging everyone to stay on dry land over the long weekend.
In the meantime, the city is working to get on top of the abundance of water-related issues to have cascaded over the past week.
Watercare executive director Andrew Chin says the city's systems are working, but they're "fragile".
He spoke to Kim Hill.
