Auckland's been drenched once more this morning.
The newly appointed Auckland Minister says flood waters have risen again in the city this morning and it's a serious situation.
Michael Wood told Morning Report the advice is to travel only if its necessary.
He says roads are seriously affected throughout the city.
Wood has been out with volunteers in his Mt Roskill electorate and says people have been evacuated.
