Tourism has bounced back stronger than expected with Australian visitors bolstering the sector over winter.
That's according to Infometrics' Brad Olsen, who says it's helped lead to a 2.6-percent rise in annual economic activity for the 12 months to September.
There is a North-South divide forming.
