With Covid-19 cases on the rise, the government's stepped in to expand eligibility for booster shots.
From Friday, Māori and Pacific people over the age of forty will be able to book their second booster, something which is only available to those 50 and over in the general population.
Over 63,000 Māori and Pacific people will immediately become eligible.
