Scan technicians frustrated at pay rates

Technicians in charge of doing CT and other scans at hospitals are exasperated at being paid $10,000 less than clerks. 

They have been left in the wake after hospital clerical staff and administrators got rises up to 40 percent under a pay equity deal recently.

The scanning professionals have a degree and the debt that goes with it - and  say discontent is  rumbling over  a pay gap that is only exacerbating health worker shortages
