A charity that supports fathers has been investigated for "gross mismanagement".
The Kidz Need Dadz Wellington charity had dished out approximately $40,000 in cheap loans to a company owned by former trustee and failed to disclose the arrangement.
The Charities Service started investigating after receiving a complaint.
In a warning letter to the trust investigator Blair Wootton says the related party loan consitutes serious wrongdoing.
