Countdown workers are set to get a big pay rise - and it could lay groundwork for a sector-wide Fair Pay Agreement.
Employees have voted on a 12-percent increase, a starting living wage, plus improvements to pandemic and sick leave
It puts the supermarket on track to have some of the highest wages in the industry.
First Union thinks the move could set the basis for other workplaces to push for more.
