Christchurch police say they have arrested three youths linked to an incident where a cyclist was knocked off his bike and seriously injured by young people driving a stolen car.
It's one of three similar incidents in the city over the past week.
Critics say the police's no-pursuit policy is the reason its taken this long to catch those involved.
An invitation to police to come on the show this morning was declined.
