More than $240 million have been returned to the Provincial Growth Fund from projects that got canned.
Some couldn't comply with the funding conditions or criteria.
But in most cases the applicants had to cancel plans or put them on hold, despite the millions in government loans and grants from the $3 billion fund set up in 2018.
