A ram raid on the Kapiti Coast has left a shop owner fuming after months of lobbying to get bollards installed.
Seven young people were arrested early on Sunday morning after smashing into the front door of Paekakariki village store, stealing cigarettes and other items.
Bhavesh Morar says his and other shop owners' efforts to prevent this were ignored by the council and his local MP.
He spoke to Corin Dann.
