The singer Yusuf Islam made the song Peace Train famous, but now he's taken it one step futher: he's donated a physical peace train to the city of Christchurch.

The singer donated a miniature electric train named 'Chuggers' to the city after the 2019 mosque attacks.
On Sunday, the train opened to the public, taking people on trips around South Hagley Park.
Anthony Green is the co-chair of Mahia Te Aroha, which co-ordinated the project.
