From Morning Report, 7:45 am on 29 August 2022

Maori, Pacific, Asian, as well as disabled and bisexual employees, are disproportionately affected by bullying and harassment in the workplace, according to new research out today.

The findings are from a new report - "Experiences of Workplace Bullying and Harassment in Aotearoa New Zealand" - which has been released today by the Human Rights Commission.

Kantar Public did the national survey for the commission, which says it wanted to understand the prevalence of sexual and racial harassment, and bullying, in the nation's workplaces.
