Most homeowners are still making healthy profits when they sell their houses, despite growing weakness in the market.
CoreLogic's latest "Pain & Gain" report shows 98.1 percent of properties resold in the June quarter made a profit, down 1-point from the previous quarter.
The median gain fell about $48,000 to $370,000, while the median loss increased to $40,000.
CoreLogic chief economist Kelvin Davidson spoke to Corin Dann.
