It's newest MP in Tauranga, Sam Uffindell, has admitted he was kicked out of his boarding school as a teenager for beating a younger student.
Deputy leader, Nicola Willis, says neither she, nor leader Christopher Luxon, were told by the party about Uffindell's admission before he was selected.
In fact, she only found out yesterday.
