Forget about Paris, it's Dannevirke's turn to host the CANS film festival.
It's not the French film festival with the A-Listers and red carpets, Dannevirke's version is all about actual tin cans. The price of admission is cans of food, which will all be donated to local food banks.
It's a concept thats been done before in various places, and with the cost of living on the rise, the Regent Theatre in Dannevirke thought it was time to get on board.
