There's good news and bad news for new homebuyers in the latest New Zealand Property Report.
The good news in the new report from realestate.co.nz is that "buyers now have the edge" in the property market -- for the first time in ten years.
The bad news? It's still hugely expensive.
The report says any talk of property bubbles bursting is premature.
