European Union ministers agree to cut gas use 15 pct

European Union energy ministers have agreed to cut gas use by 15 percent between August and March.

EU leaders are worried Russia will cut off gas supplies to Europe and is using energy supplies as a weapon.

Concerns have been raised that the deal has been watered down with counties being able to be exempt from the deal.

Brookings Institute expert in German, European, and transatlantic foreign and security policy Constanze Stelzenmüller spoke to Corin Dann.
