After an anxious period of radio silence, Kiribati has picked up the phone and ignited hopes it's not completely lost to the Pacific Islands Forum.
Pacific leaders emerged from their annual talks in Suva yesterday having endorsed the 2050 Blue Pacific Continent Strategy, a binding and guiding document for the region's challenges.
