Doctors staring down the barrel of a Covid-19 crisis say new measures will do little to ease the massive strain they're under.
Hospitals are already drastically reducing services to cope, and the government has stepped in to offer free masks and make RAT tests and antivirals much more available.
It stopped short of forcing people to wear masks more often - relying instead on the on the goodwill of a Covid-weary nation to bring case numbers down.
