These are the questions on the table in Fiji today as Pacific Island Forum members convene for their first in-person leaders retreat since the pandemic began.
Many leaders have already spent the week on the ground in Suva, holding bilateral meetings to nut out the finer details of these pressing issues ahead of the big day.
