ACC has been forced to compensate one of its own former staffers for the depression and anxiety she suffered from being bullied at work.
The woman was a senior staff member who took her case to court and won. The agency must now provide ongoing cover for a mental injury that happened under its watch.
One employment law expert says it opens the door for more victims of workplace bullying to seek similar redress.
