The country will be celebrating Matariki for the first time as a public holiday tomorrow - a time to reflect, celebrate and to look ahead. Five wahine from the Haweti whanau will get their moko kauae in their family homestead which was rebuilt after burning down eight years ago. These women happen to be whanau of our reporter Ashleigh McCaull. She spoke with three of her aunties who will be getting their moko kauae to mark Matariki.
