School administrators say it's about time they received a pay increase which recognises years of undervaluation of their work.
A proposed pay equity settlement - to be voted on next month - would bump up wages by roughly 22 percent.
The new rates would be effective from 20 August 2021, which was when both the Education Ministry and union confirmed evidence of undervaluation.
