Teachers are in an impossible situation in terms of the risk of their getting Covid-19 at work, says employment law specialist, Jennifer Mills.
She says all they can do is wear a mask and manage as best as they can.
More generally, Jennifer Mills says other workers are expected to return to the office, and if they're worried about Covid-19 they should speak up.
