A woman who suffers from PTSD after a sex video of her was uploaded to a porn site, is dismayed a group of MPs has decided its too complex and costly to extend ACC cover to victims of image-based sexual abuse.
Currently only mental trauma resulting from physical sexual abuse is eligible for help from the Accident Compensation Corporation.
