Chief censor places temporary ban on Buffalo shooter's manifesto

More information is coming out on the racially motivated mass shooting in Buffalo in New York.

Ten people were killed and three injured The shooter has been named as 18-year-old Payton S. Gendron.

He wrote a white supremacist manifesto before driving over 300 kilometres to carry out the attack in a majority African-American neighbourhood.

New Zealand's acting chief censor has put a temporary ban on the racist manifesto shared by the shooter.

Corin Dann spoke to Rupert Ablett-Hampson, who said those documents have become a worrying trend for terrorists - particularly among white supremacists.
