The head of the Christchurch Call says the global crackdown has made it harder for terrorists to weaponise the internet.
An 18-year-old livestreamed himself shooting more than a dozen mostly-black people in a grocery store in Buffalo, New York, yesterday.
He claims he was radicalised by the Christchurch mosque shooter. The attack was similar to the March 15 - involving a lone gunman, assault-style rifle and manifesto.
