Progress on climate change isn't happing fast enough because spending isn't happening fast enough, according to accounting firm Grant Thornton.
The firm's environment and sustainability leader Michael Worth believes the government needs to loosen the purse strings.
He wants to see spending in the Budget upped on initiatives such as Jobs for Nature as well as much else.
