New Zealand's facing a growing wave of youth crime - with the latest incident involving four children aged from 7 to 12 stealing toys from a Hamilton mall in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Earlier in the week, 20 teenagers brazenly ram raided a mall in east Auckland.
