The United States has bid farewell to its first ever female secretary of state Madeleine Albright.
She died last month at the age of 84. Her funeral was held at Washington National Cathedral overnight.
More than 14-hundred dignitaries including current and former presidents attended the ceremony.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke at the event.
