The French and New Zealand organisations representing former staff of the armed services have agreed to help one another's members.
The Returned and Services Association and its French equivalent, the Union Nationale des Combattants, UNC, have agreed to work together and signed a memorandum of understanding.
The ceremony took place in Cambridge.
