Farmers say border exceptions being made to boost the primary sector workforce goes part of the way to helping farmers struggling to recruit workers.
The exceptions, which begin today, allow for more than 1500 experienced workers come to New Zealand for jobs in the dairy industry, meat processing, and forestry.
