A woman is in police custody and will appear in the Manukau District Court today after five people were hit by a car at the Westfield mall on Sunday.
One person is in a critical condition, and three others are seriously hurt.
Eyewitness Shaneel Sudhakar runs a bar in Manukau Westfield.
He told Corin Dann the injuries were horrific.
