The latest cash-rate increase puts the OCR back to where it was before the pandemic.
CoreLogic chief property economist Kelvin Davidson says that while the OCR will "definitely" keep moving up, the housing market itself is in slowdown.
He sees house prices experiencing a "modest" fall in the current year, although that's off the back of some pretty walloping increases over the year just gone.
