Prince Andrew has reached a settlement for a civil sexual assault case brought against him by American woman, Virginia Giuffre.
Giuffre was suing the Duke of York for sexually assaulting her on three occasions when she was 17 -- Prince Andrew has repeatedly denied the allegations.
This morning a document submitted to a US court says they have reached an out of court settlement, and that a substantial donation will be made to Giuffre's charity.
