Moana Pasifika are playing for the people of Tonga affected by the devastating tsunami, in their pre-season match tonight against the Chiefs at Mt Smart Stadium.
Auckland's red-light status prevents spectators attending in the usual way, but there's an online donation campaign through social media and website for those watching at home who want to donate to Tongan relief.
All proceeds have been marked for the effort. All Blacks legend Sir Michael Jones played a key role in getting Moana Pasifika off the ground.
He spoke to Corin Dann.
