Urgent diplomatic talks are continuing in Europe, as world leaders try to stop a Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The US secretary of State Antony Blinken warned again today that if Russian forces crossed the border, the move would be met with a swift, severe, united response.
Mr Blinken has been meeting with Western allies - UK, France and Germany - today in Berlin, ahead of face to face talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov tomorrow.
