The British prime minister Boris Johnson is again apologising for staff lockdown parties - while categorically denying he was warned a drinks party in the garden at 10 Downing Street risked breaking lockdown rules.
A former senior government advisor Dominic Cummings says he warned Mr Johnson at the time, and has accused him of misleading MPs about it.
