Prince Andrew has failed in his attempt to have a civil sexual assault case against him thrown out by a US judge.
Virginia Giuffre is suing the prince, claiming he abused her when she was 17.
Prince Andrew's lawyers last week argued the case should be thrown out, saying a deal Ms Giuffre signed with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2009, prevented her from pursuing the case.
But a few hours ago, a New York judge rejected that argument and said it could proceed.
