NZ director Jane Campion's film The Power of the Dog has been nominated for seven categories in the Golden Globes.
The western drama is in the running for best motion picture drama, best actor in a motion picture drama, best supporting actress, best supporting actor, best director, best screenplay and best original score.
Jane Campion was born in Wellington and is best known for directing The Piano.
