New Zealanders take holidays overseas against advice

A small number of New Zealanders are still taking overseas holidays, returning via managed isolation.

That's despite the demise of the Australian and the Cook Islands travel bubbles and continued advice "not to travel".

In nine weeks from late July to the end of September there were 180 return trips abroad where people ticked "holiday/vacation" on their arrival card.
