Meghan Markle has won the privacy battle against Mail on Sunday newspaper.
The Duchess of Sussex says it is a precdent setting victory.
She had sued the paper's parent company Associated Newspapers over reproducing private letters to her father Thomas Markle.
Just months earlier a UK high court judge had ruled in the Duchess' favour - and said the case was so clear cut a full hearing was not needed.
Associated Newspapers approached the Court of Appeal to have a trial.
Three judges have rejected that request.
