Auckland schools are reporting wildly different attendance rates with some families refusing to send children back to class.
It's just over two weeks since the region's classrooms were allowed to reopen to all their pupils for the first time in months.
They are operating under level three restrictions and many are limiting children to one or two days attendance a week.
