England has two confirmed cases of the newly discovered Covid-19 variant Omicron.
The government has introduced new rules to combat the spread.
Face coverings will be compulsory in shops and on public transport, all contacts of suspected Omicron cases will have to self-isolate for 10 days - regardless of vaccination status and anyone entering the UK will require a PCR test.
But it is yet to be seen if the world is confident in Downing's Street ability to contain Omicron.
