Some principals are surprised and angry that there's been no attempt to keep unvaccinated parents out of schools.
Just days after banning unvaccinated teachers from work, the Education Ministry advised schools that parents can enter classrooms and attend events regardless of their vaccination status.
Principals say that's confusing and some are ignoring the advice and banning anyone who doesn't have their shots.
