Urban designers say housing density law change is flawed

Urban designers say a law change forcing some councils to allow higher-density housing is full of holes. The Bill was launched at an extraordinary cross party announcement three weeks ago and is being pushed through Parliament this week at speed. It would allow three homes up to three storeys high to be built on one existing section. Urban Design Forum member Ekin Sakin spoke to Susie Ferguson.
