Health staff at MIQ hotels have been told they should not walk alone through the hotels because of an increased risk of violence.
The situation is so bad that the workers are now getting security escorts to visit certain guests.
The uptick in aggression coincides with the rise of Covid-19 community cases staying in MIQ.
