The family of a mentally ill man who was shot at eight times as he ran away from police, are angry they have been waiting nearly four years for a Coroner's Inquest into his death.
At Easter in 2018, 29-year-old Jerrim Toms was shot four times as he walked towards police with a machete, and then eight more times as he ran away, with one bullet hitting his lower back.
The Toms family have many questions about what happened, but are yet to have their day in court.
Investigative Reporter Guyon Espiner has the story.
