Iwi consider climate change's impact on customs and culture

Iwi are increasingly taking stock of the impact that climate change will have on customary and cultural practice. 

For Māori, a connection to the sea and land is felt and celebrated as a natural state of being. 

With global leaders set to convene for a major climate summit in Glasgow next week, they say it's a vital perspective that's missing both here and abroad.
