A chorus of rage and disappointment has met the release of a government document on how to slash climate emissions.
Described as a consultation document, the paper includes ideas from Ministers and agencies on how the country can become carbon neutral by 2050.
A final plan is to be released next May. RNZ's Hamish Cardwell has more.
